Colorado district judge to retire

Colorado: judge Gilbert Gutierrez of the Colorado 19th Judicial District has announced that he will retire on August 22 of 2010. He has held his current position since 1996. On July 16 the 19th Judicial District Nominating Commission will meet and interview candidates for the upcoming vacancy.[1]
