Colton School District Levy Implementation (February 2011)

A Colton School District Levy Replacement measure was on the February 8, 2011 ballot in the Colton school district area which is in Whitman County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 309 (69.91%)Approveda
  • NO 133 (30.09%)[1]

This measure sought to replace an expiring levy with one set at a rate of $4.39 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a period of one year in order to help pay for maintenance and operational costs in the district.[2]
