There was a Columbia County Hospital District Levy measure on the February 9 ballot in Columbia and Walla Walla Counties for voters in the hospital district.
This measure was approved in both counties.

- NO 686 (31.48%)[1]
This measure sought to exact a levy which would go towards helping fund health information technology. The levy will be at a rate of $1.29 per $1,000 of assessed property value.[2]
