Two Columbia Local School District Emergency Requirements Tax Levy Renewal questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Lorain County, which is in Ohio. They where approved.

These questions both authorized the Columbia Local School District to renew property tax levies of 4.7 mills ($4.7 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) and 3.2 mills ($3.2 per $3.2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation in order to fund emergency requirements of the District.[1]
