A Columbia School District Bond Measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Columbia school district area which is in Jackson, Lenawee, Hillsdale and Washtenaw.

This measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $5 million in order to help with infrastructure improvement projects in the district. Average homeowners in the district would pay an extra $60 a year in property taxes to help pay for the bond if approved. Old buildings including heating systems and roofing are the main reasons behind this bond goal.[5]
