A Columbia Township Fire District Levy Addition measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Columbia which is in Hamilton County.

  • YES 109 (65.66%)Approveda
  • NO 57 (34.34%)[1]

This measure sought to add to the current fire levy by a rate of 3.5 mills for a continuing period of time in order to further pay for fire and emergency medical services in the township.[2]
