A Columbia Township Road Tax Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Meigs County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.
This question would have authorized the township of Columbia to increase property taxes by 1.5 mills ($1.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund road construction and maintenance.[1]

| “ | An additional tax for the benefit of Columbia Township for the purpose of Road Maintenance at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifteen ($0.15) for each one hundred dollars of valuation for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013[1][2] | ” |
