Language on the ballot:
| “ | A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Columbia Township Waste District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE OR REFUSE, INCLUDING YARD WASTE at a rate not exceeding three and five-tenths (3.5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to thirty-five cents ($0.35) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for three (3) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[1][2] | ” |
