Columbia attorney fills vacancy on 13th Circuit

Missouri: The Columbia attorney Michael Bradley has been named as the new associate circuit judge for the 13th Circuit Court, which has jurisdiction over Boone and Callaway counties. Bradley is filling a seat which has been vacant for seven months.

Governor Jay Nixon made the appointment stating,

“His experience as a prosecutor, as a judge, as legal counsel and as a private practice attorney will help him be a very capable judge for one of the state’s largest counties. I am pleased to appoint him to the bench.”

The vacancy had been created by the retirement of Boone County Circuit Presiding Judge Gene Hamilton and the elevation of Christine Carpenter to the Circuit Court.
