Committee On Committees, Kentucky House of Representatives
The Committee On Committees is a standing committee of the Kentucky House of Representatives.
Per the House Rules, committees of the Kentucky House of Representatives are assigned by the Committee on Committees. Committees are assigned at the start of each term.[1] The Speaker is not recognized as an ex officio member of any committee.

Function
“ | The Committee on Committees shall have supervision and control over all employees of the House, whether elected by the House or provided by the Legislative Research Commission, and the Committee on Committees shall see that they perform all of their duties to the House and the members thereof. The Committee on Committees is empowered to discharge any or all said employees and officers except the constitutional officers of the House. The Committee on Committees shall appoint the members of all standing and special committees and shall fill any vacancies thereon in accordance with Rule 39.[2][3] | ” |
