A Concord Township Roads Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Delaware County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the township of Concord to impose a property tax levy of 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the construction and maintenance of roads and bridges.[1]
