Two Conifer Area Park & Recreation District Creation questions were on the May 3, 2011 ballot in the Conifer park area which is in Jefferson County.

This measure was defeated.

The first question to be asked of residents was if they wanted to establish a parks and recreation district in the Conifer area.

The second question, which depended upon the first question's approval, asked voters to select a board of directors for the new district.[2]
