Two Conneaut & Saybrook Township Park District Levy Measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the townships of Conneaut and Saybrook which are in Ashtabula County.
Both measures were approved
The Conneaut measure seeks to replace the current park levy with one set at a rate of .99 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for current operating expenses of the parks in the township.

- 'NO 806 (24.28%)
The Saybrook measure seeks to renew the current park levy which is set at a rate of .5 mills for a further three years in order to continue to pay for current operational expenses of the parks in the township.[1]
