The Connecticut River Atlantic Salmon Compact is an interstate compact among Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. The compact was established to oversee the restoration and management of the Atlantic Salmon population in the Connecticut River. It also created the Connecticut River Atlantic Salmon Commission. The compact is congressionally consented.[1]
