I am a native Arkansan, married, four children, Christian, patriot who has defended the US Constitution my entire adult life. I'm a retired combat veteran with 29-years of service as an U.S Army Intelligence officer.
  • I have signed the Term Limits Pledge and I want to pass term limit legislation to finally end the "career" politician.
  • I will work to pass a Balanced Budget Amendment because it is crystal clear we will never curb our spending as long as we can continue to raise our credit limit.
  • Focus on America First priorities, including border security, fair trade, energy independence, and holding people accountable for wrong doing.
National Security, Law enforcement, Veteran Issues, and Military preparedness,
I believe all elected representatives must follow the US Constitution and evaluate each vote with that in mind. Being a strong voice and advocate for your constituents is paramount.
I want to get Term Limits and Balanced Budget Amendments passed during my time in Congress.
I had just turned nine year old when Apollo 11 landed on the Moon. On July 20, 1969, American Astronauts Neil Armstrong (Flight Commander) and Buzz Aldrin (Lunar Module Pilot) landed the Apollo Lunar Module Eagle safely on the moon. Armstrong became the first person to step onto the Moon's surface - a historic achievement for mankind.
I believe it is critical that representatives both understand and follow the US Constitution. Previous political experience is not a prerequisite to holding office nor should it be.
We have many challenges that must be addressed immediately. We have to implement a balanced budget and stop spending money we do not have. We must protect our borders and enforce our immigration laws. We must enforce laws and we must support our police. National security is always a top priority and we must ensure we protect our citizens and our way of life.
I would think my background would best be suited for the US House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the House Armed Services Committee,
Yes, I think a two-year term is fine but I am open to discussion and debate on the topic.
I support term limits - I have signed the Term Limits Pledge.

Campaign website

Reynolds' campaign website stated the following:

A VOTE FOR CONRAD IS A VOTE FOR

  • TRUMP’S AMERICA FIRST AGENDA
  • FINISH THE WALL
  • END BIDEN’S VACCINE MANDATES
  • RETURN TO ENERGY INDEPENDENCE
  • PRO LIFE
  • BALANCE BUDGET / TERM LIMITS
  • RESTORE TRUMP’S ECONOMY
  • PROTECT SECOND AMENDMENT
  • TO RESTORE TRUST IN GOVERNMENT AGENCIES[5]
—Conrad Reynolds' campaign website (2022)[6]

2014

Reynolds' campaign website listed the following issues:[7]

  • The Second Amendment
Excerpt: "The 2nd amendment to the U.S. Constitution is a long-cherished right of “We The People.” It explicitly states that the right of the people to both keep and bear arms shall NOT be infringed. Since this right is an individual right, the restrictions against infringement apply to our government - whether federal, state, or local."
  • Balanced Budget
Excerpt: "Our spending is inarguably on an unsustainable trajectory. Without a balanced budget we will soon be in a financial crisis just like many European countries. I fully support a balanced budget amendment."
  • Education Reform
Excerpt: "We need to take a more balanced and free-market approach to education, rather than a one-size-fits-all government solution. More of the money allocated for education needs to go directly to classrooms, and less of it should go to bureaucrats."
  • Lower Taxes
Excerpt: "We have a lot of work to do if we want to revamp this tax code. Ideas like the flat tax or the FairTax are appealing ideas that I would like to see explored, debated, and implemented. One thing is for sure, our current tax code must be replaced. "
  • Pro Life
Excerpt: "I am Pro-Life and Pro-Family. Period."
