A Consolidation of Bly Sanitary and Bly Water Districts measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Klamath County, which is in Oregon, where it was approved.
This measure united the Bly Sanitary and Bly Water Districts, which already have the same boards of trustees, employees and equipment, into one entity. This measure will not result in the increase of water rates or sewer rates and will result in any increase of taxes. The measure will make the districts more efficient and remove duplicate expenses.[1]
