Party rules and bylaws
The state party is governed by a set of rules and bylaws. Typically, these give structure to the different levels of organization—local, county, and state committees—and establish protocol for electing committee members. The bylaws also typically give details on the party's process for nominating and sending delegates to the national party convention during presidential elections.
As of November 2024, four affirmations were identified for the Constitution Party of Florida. 1. We affirm: the proposed, “Limited Government Interference with Abortion Amendment four”, to the Florida State Constitution that will be on the November ballot, is in direct conflict with the Declaration of Independence, the XIV amendment,” Nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property”, the supreme court ruling June 24,2022 the supreme court over turned Roe v Wade, and the biblical world view that murdering innocent children is an abomination to God as given in Proverbs 6:16,17. 2. We affirm: the God-given legal personhood of all human beings from fertilization to natural death, without exception. The first duty of the law is to protect innocent life, created in the image of God. No level of civil government may legalize or fund the taking of life without justification. Legalizing the termination of innocent life of the born or unborn, whether by abortion, infanticide, euthanasia or suicide, is a direct violation of their unalienable right to life. 3. We affirm: That Amendment four must be defeated at the ballot box and that we encourage federal, state, and local government officials to protect the sanctity of the life of the pre-born through legislation, executive action, and judicial enforcement of the law of the land. 4. We affirm: That citizens of Florida must resist all attempts of legislative action, such as amendment four, to remove already in place laws that protect the unborn and post-born children that protect the sanctity of life.[3]
