Coos County Board of Commissioners Measure (November 2012)

A Coos County Board of Commissioners measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Coos County, which is in Oregon, where it was defeated.
If approved, this measure would have changed the number of Board of Commissioners from three to five and makes the position of Board Commissioner unsalaried. This measure also creates the position of County Administrator, who would act under the Board and would be hired or fired by the Board. This measure was referred to the voters by the current Board of Commissioners.[1]
