Cory Chun
Cory Chun (Democratic Party) is a member of the Hawaii House of Representatives, representing District 35. He assumed office on November 8, 2022. His current term ends on November 3, 2026.
Chun (Democratic Party) won re-election to the Hawaii House of Representatives to represent District 35 outright in the Democratic primary on August 10, 2024, after the general election was canceled.
Biography
Cory Chun earned a B.A. in broadcast studies and J.D. from Gonzaga University. Chun's career experience includes working as the chief of staff and the policy and budget director with the Honolulu City Council, a government relations director, and a staff attorney with the State of Hawaii. He served as the chair and vice chair of the Waipahu Neighborhood Board of the City and County of Honolulu.[1]
