I have been a resident of Belmont for the last 12 years, having moved here from my hometown of Orlando, FL. When I first arrived to Belmont, the community is what stood out to me the most. I enjoyed seeing the same faces around town, getting to meet new people, visiting the small businesses and welcoming new friends to town from other areas. Over a decade later, all of that still applies. I only see Belmont getting better from here, with the right leadership in place.

I’m a small business owner of Belmont Yoga and The Joynt, located in downtown Belmont. I also own Lone Ranger CustomWorks, which is my passion project that includes woodworking, design and car restoration. Before I moved into self-employment, I was a Project Manager for many years. I’ve volunteered on several Belmont committees, specifically the Design and Economic Vitality committees, and the Arts & Culture subcommittee. I’m also the co-founder of Belmont Forward, a Facebook group focused on progress and change for Belmont. Since my last run for City Council in 2023, I have remained a community activist and voice for those who are underrepresented in our community.

I’m a husband, father, and if you can believe it, a grandfather of two! I enjoy spending time with my family, playing basketball, designing and creating new things, restoring old cars, kayaking, and trying new restaurants.
  • Equal Representation for Every Citizen - Right now there are populations within our City who are not being heard and represented. I am a firm believer in diversity, inclusion and equity, and will ensure every resident feels seen and welcomed in our community.
  • Transparency & Accountability - Our local government has spent years making empty promises, serving their own agenda, telling you everything you want to hear and not being transparent in their decision-making. That needs to end now, because you deserve better. I will do what others won’t: I’ll hold City Council accountable for their actions and decisions, and keep you informed as tax-paying Belmont residents with regular updates.
  • Thriving & Vibrant City Initiatives - as an artist, I’m all about culture, art, color, green spaces and bringing things to life. Belmont has the potential to not only be an attractive destination for tourists, but to be a haven of vibrancy for residents. Murals, dog parks, splash pads, playgrounds, connection greenways, bike lanes! I’m here for them all, and much more.
Government Transparency, Equality, Growth, Accessibility, Small Business Support
Listening to the people and providing recommendations to Council based on what the residents actually want, not based on what those in the government or a political party want.
Working closely with the City manager to ensure funds are being used effectively and that the changes that take place are a true reflection of what the people of the city want.
The community, the diversity, the numerous small businesses and seeing it grow into a place that people from all walks of life can call home.
Managing the exponential growth with a concrete strategy to ensure our existing residents and future residents are all satisfied and want to stay in Belmont.
Starting my own design business, Lone Ranger CustomWorks, as well as co-owning my businesses, Belmont Yoga and the Joynt, in downtown Belmont. I love being a part of our community in this way and connecting with so many people.
