County, Village & City Electrical Aggregation Questions, 7 (March 2012)
Seven Electrical Aggregation Questions were on the March 20, 2012 ballot in the designated areas which are in Logan County.
Six of the measures were approved, San Jose was the only area to defeat the measure.[1]
These measures sought to allow authorities in the areas to aggregate electricity in order to buy it in bulk and obtain lower rates for residents who want to participate in the program. The areas with this measure on their ballot included Logan county, the villages of San Jose, Middletown and Emden as well as the cities of Atlanta, Mount Pulaski and Lincoln.[2]

The question on the ballot:
| Shall the County of Logan have the authority to arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have not opted out of such program?[3] |
