May 25, 2010
Alabama: On Monday 24, Alabama Governor Bob Riley swore in Tim Russell as new judge of the Baldwin County, Alabama. Russell has been appointed to replace Adrian Johns, who announced he was leaving to spend time with his family. Russell will be serving for the two remaining years of Johns' six-year term. Russell was surprised by the case load on the probate court saying, "I did not realize the volume of court cases would be so heavy."[1]
