Function
The 2015 Alabama Senate rules described the function of this committee as outlined below.
“ | The Committee on County and Municipal Government, to which committee shall be referred all bills and other matters concerning the organization and government of any incorporated municipality in the State of Alabama and matters relating to the organization and government of counties in Alabama. The Committee on County and Municipal Government shall not exceed 11 members.[1][2] | ” |
