Courtney Allen is an at-large representative on the Mason City School District Board of Education. She was first elected in 2011. Allen sought another term in the general election on November 3, 2015.[1] Courtney Allen (Ohio) won the general election on November 3, 2015.

Allen is a volunteer in her children's schools in the district. She works part-time at the Mason Deerfield Chamber of Commerce. Allen obtained a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.[2]
