Courtney Heard is an United States Navy veteran with honorable service in Naval Engineering, Aviation Administration, and Naval Logistics. She is a community advocate from Newnan, Georgia that is committed to service, leadership, and strengthening the communities she calls home. While on active duty, she earned a Bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus and currently advancing her education in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Her career has been rooted in service, accountability, and improving the systems that impact people's everyday lives.

  • Homeowners deserve transparency, fair rules, and accessible dispute resolution so families are protected without being forced into costly legal battle with Homeowner Associations. Homeownership should not only be a dream but rather accessible to all that work hard to buy a home.
  • Supporting small businesses, workforce development, and job opportunities helps families thrive and strengthens the long-term prosperity of our communities.
I am passionate about policies that strengthen communities and improve quality of life, particularly in education, healthcare access, fair housing practices such as HOA reform, and economic opportunities.
