Coventry Township Police & Road Levy Measures, 3 (November 2011)

Three Coventry Township Police & Road Levy Measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Coventry which is in Summit County.

Two of the three measures were defeated

The first measure sought to renew the current police levy which is set at a rate of 2.5 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for police protection services in the township.

The second measure sought to add to the current police levy by a rate of 1 mill for a period of five years in order to further pay for police protection services in the township.

The third measure sought to replace the current roads levy with one set at a rate of 1.5 mills for a period of five years in order to further pay for road maintenance costs in the township.[1]
