A City of Castle Rock Excess Tax Levy, Proposition 1 ballot question was on the August 6, 2013, election ballot in Adams County, which is in Washington. It was approved.
If approved, this measure authorizes the City of Castle Rock to levy an excess property tax of $0.50 per $1,000 of assessed valuation in the year of 2013 to provide $59,430 for public library services.[1]
A 60% majority was required for approval.
