Craig McNair was the judge on the Liberty County Court in Texas. He ran for re-election in 2014 but was defeated in the runoff on May 27.[1][2]

McNair ran for re-election to the Liberty County Court.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 42.4 percent of the vote. He competed against Jay Knight and Todd M. Fontenot.
Runoff: Because no candidate received more than 50 percent of the vote, McNair faced Knight in a runoff election on May 27, 2014. He was defeated, earning 49.6 percent of the votes cast.

2010

McNair won the nomination after the Republican Primary Runoff, receiving 56.1 percent of the vote. He defeated Kenneth Ray Morrison in the general election, winning 70.7 percent of the vote.[4][5]
