Two Creighton School District Budget Override measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the Creighton school district area which is in Maricopa County.

The first measure sought to allow the district to adopt a budget which exceeds the set revenue limit by a rate of fifteen percent for a period of six years in order to further pay for operations and maintenance costs in the district.[2]
Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
Shall the Governing Board of Creighton Elementary School District No. 14 of Maricopa County, Arizona, adopt a General Maintenance and Operation Budget which includes an amount that exceeds the applicable revenue control limit specified by statute by fifteen percent for fiscal year 2012-2013 and for six subsequent years as described below? The existing override will phase out by reducing one-third for fiscal year 2016-2017 and an additional one-third for fiscal year 2017-2018 if the voters do not approve the continuation.[3] |
