|I have represented thousands of clients in areas such as general civil practice,(including but not limited to, complex civil litigation, foreclosure defense, commercial evictions and residential evictions, corporate disputes, contract disputes, insurance claims, personal injury, appeals, federal trademark disputes, federal disabilities act violations defense, federal fair labors standard act claims defense and others), and family law, (including dissolutions of marriage, paternity actions, step parent adoptions, child support, modifications of parenting plans, modifications of child support, federal Hague matters, jurisdictional family disputes including child abductions, domestic violence, sexual abuse domestic violence petitions, stalking petitions, risk protection orders).
A proud product of Miami-Dade County Public Schools and Florida International University (FIU) . I am an active member of our community volunteering my time and knowledge in many Pro-Bono matters.
With a compassionate and conscientious approach, I aim to improve the public’s experience in Court and ensure that every person receives a prompt fair day in Court from a Judge who is prepared, respectful and understanding; and most importantly will follow the law.- Voters should know that I have significant experience in a broad area of law that will enable me to quickly ensue the prompt administration of justice. Having experience in various areas of law allows a judge to quickly adopt norms and implement policies conducive to speeding up the process and allows for fewer mistakes when applying the law.
- Voters should know that my work ethic is second to none and if elected, I shall work tirelessly to ensure that everyone gets their day in Court as soon as reasonably possible. Justice delayed is justice Denied.
- Voters should know that as a lawyer presently handling primarily family law matters, good people at their worst fighting about the most important things to them, I have the temperament, respect and understanding to treat the public, fairly and with the utmost respect.
Sadly, he lost his case.
