Two Crooksville & New Lexington Village Park Levy Renewal measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the villages of Crooksville and New Lexington which are in Perry County.

The Crooksville measure sought to renew the current parks levy which is set at a rate of 3 mills.

The New Lexington measure sought to renew the current parks levy which is set at a rate of 1 mill.[1]
