Curtis Johnson (Minnesota)
Curtis Johnson (Democratic Party) was a member-elect of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 40B. He did not assume office.
Johnson (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Minnesota House of Representatives to represent District 40B. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
On December 27, 2024, following Ramsey County District Judge Leonardo Castro's December 20 ruling that Johnson did not comply with residency requirements to take office in Minnesota House of Representatives District 40B, Johnson submitted a resignation letter to Gov. Tim Walz (D).[1][2]
