Curtis L. Garner
Curtis L. Garner was nominated to the Third District Court by Governor Gary Herbert in December 2011.[1] Later that month, Garner withdrew his nomination, citing "reasons both difficult and deeply personal."[2]
Biography
Education
Garner received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from the J. Rueben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He also has a master's degree in philosophy from the University of Utah.[1]
