Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Ohio City Shuffleboard LLC dba Forest City Shuffleboard Arena and Bar, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a shuffleboard arena, event center and restaurant at 4506 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44102 in this precinct?[2] |
