Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Muldoon’s Saloon, Inc., an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a bar/restaurant at 1020-22 E. 185th Street, Cleveland, OH 44119 in this precinct? [2]
