Three Cuyahoga Falls Local Liquor Option question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Summit County, which is in Ohio, where they were approved.

The first question permits the Sunday sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor by The Office Suite A restaurant at 1846 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

The second question permits the sale of wine and mixed beverages by Oakwood Convenient grocery store on Oakwood Drive, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

The third question permits the Sunday sale of wine and mixed beverages by the same Oakwood Convenient grocery store.[1]

Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by 778 Main Street, Inc., dba The Office Suite A, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a restaurant at 1846 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221 in this precinct?[2]

Language on the ballot of the second question:

Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted by Northfield Realty, L.L.C., dba Oakwood Convenient, an applicant for a C-2 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a carry-out/grocery store at 2675 Oakwood Drive, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221 in this precinct?[2]

Language on the ballot of the third question:
