Language on the ballot:
“ | Shall Article I, Section 4; Article II, Section1, 1A, 1B, 2, 3, 4; and Article VIII, Section 1, of the Charter of the Village of Cuyahoga Heights be amended to eliminate the elected position of Clerk of the Village and Article III, Section 3 be adopted to provide for a Finance Director appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council, effective January 1, 2014?[1][2] | ” |
