The city of Lincoln, Nebraska, held elections for city council on May 5, 2015. A primary election took place on April 7, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was March 6, 2015. Four of the seven city council seats were up for election.[2] In the primary election for District 1, Cyndi Lamm and Meg Mikolajczyk advanced past Mitch Paine. Lam defeated Mikolajczyk in the general election on May 5.[3][4][5]
