Cynthia L. Cox is a judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. She was elected to this court on November 5, 1996, and was re-elected in 2008 and 2014.[1][2][3][4] Her current six-year term expires on January 4, 2021.[5]

Education
Cox received both her B.S. degree (in finance and management) and her J.D. from Florida State University in 1982 and 1986, respectively.[1]
Career
Cox began her career in 1986 as an attorney with the law firm of Isphording, Korp, Muirhead, Haworth & White. In 1988, she started her own law practice, Cynthia L. Cox, P.A. She worked in that capacity until she was elected to the 19th Judicial Circuit Court in 1996.[1]
