Biography
Cynthia Dela Rosa was born in Ocala, Florida. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in 2018. Dela Rosa's career experience includes working as a registered behavioral technician. She has been affiliated with the Bridges Project of Marion County, the Filipino American Association, and the Democratic Women's Club of Marion County.[1]
