Cynthia Lampkins was born in Columbus, Ohio. She earned a high school diploma from Brookhaven High School. Her career experience includes working in finance/accounting and serving on the board of Crown Preparatory Academy. As of 2025, Lampkins was affiliated with the Buckeye Ranch.[1]
