Cynthia Montgomery is a district court judge for the Maine District Courts in Maine. She was sworn into office by Gov. Paul LePage (R) on February 3, 2016, after her confirmation by the Maine State Senate.[1]

Montgomery earned her bachelor's degree and J.D. from Georgia State University.[1]
Career
Montgomery served as the chief counsel for Gov. Paul LePage (R) from March 2015 until her appointment to the court. She previously worked as a labor relations specialist, counsel and chief counsel for the Maine Bureau of Employee Relations from 2003 to 2011.[1]
