Biography
Newbille earned a B.A. in psychology and linguistics from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook, New York in 1974. She earned an M.A. in psychology from SUNY at Stony Brook in May 1983. She received a Ph.D. in public policy and administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2010.[1]
Newbille's professional experience includes working as an advisor to the president for special projects at the Richmond Memorial Health Foundation.[1]
