Cynthia MacPherson was an associate circuit court judge for the 44th Circuit Court in Missouri, serving Ozark County. Governor Jay Nixon appointed her to the bench in January of 2014 to fill the seat vacated by retired judge John Jacobs.[1][2]

MacPherson was re-elected to the 44th Circuit Court in 2014 for a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[3] She lost re-election in 2018.

MacPherson ran for re-election to the 44th Judicial Circuit Court.
Primary: MacPherson was successful in the Republican primary on August 5, 2014, receiving 51.69 percent of the vote. She competed against John Russo.
General: She was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014.[3][4] 

Education

MacPherson received both her undergraduate degree and her J.D. from the University of Missouri.[2]
