Cynthia S. Munkittrick was a judge for the Dixie County Court in Dixie County, Florida. She was appointed to the court by Governor Rick Scott in March 2013.[1] Munkittrick was defeated in her bid for election to the court in 2014, and her term ended on January 5, 2015.[2][3][4]

Primary: She was defeated in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 49.8 percent of the vote. She competed against Jennifer J. Ellison. [2][3]

Education

Munkittrick received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in 1991 and her J.D. degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1996.[5]
