Cynthia Sullivan Oster is a judge of the Florida 13th Circuit Court. She assumed office on January 1, 2023. Her current term ends on January 7, 2031.

Oster won re-election for judge of the Florida 13th Circuit Court outright in the general election on November 5, 2024, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Oster was appointed to the 13th Judicial Circuit Court by Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) on August 8, 2022, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Emmett Battles.[1]

Oster earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.[2]

At the time of her appointment to the county court, Oster was a senior assistant county attorney for Hillsborough County. Her experience also includes work as an assistant state attorney for the 13th Circuit and an assistant public defender for the 10th Circuit.[2]
