Cyrus Palmer Dolbin is a judge on the Schuylkill County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Dolbin was first elected to the court in 1991. He was retained in 2001 and 2011.[2] His current term expires in 2021.

Dolbin earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and his J.D. from Villanova University.[3]
