D'Army Bailey was a judge of the Thirtieth Circuit Court Division 3 in Tennessee.[1] He was elected to the court on August 7, 2014, effective September 1.[2] He had previously served as a judge for this court from 1990 to 2009.[3]

Bailey passed away in Memphis on July 12, 2015, at the age of 73.[4]

Education

Bailey received his undergraduate degree from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts and his J.D. from Yale Law School in 1967.[3]
