D. Page Elmore
D. Page Elmore (b. May 31, 1939) was a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He represented District 38A from January 8, 2003 until his death on June 28, 2010.
Elmore was a businessman. From 1965 to 1998 he served as Owner/Chief Executive Officer of Shore Disposal Incorporated.
Elmore was Chair of the Maryland Rural Caucus, Eastern Shore Delegation, and Somerset County Delegation. He was a member of the Blue Crab Task Force, Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus, and Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland.[1]

Elmore filed to run for re-election, but passed away on June 28, 2010. Republican Charles Otto won election to District 38A with 8,714 votes.
2006
On November 7, 2006, D. Page Elmore ran for District 38A of the Maryland House of Delegates, beating Patrick Armstrong.[2]
