Connor won re-election to the Liberty Schools Board of Education At-large in Missouri outright after the general election on April 2, 2019, was canceled.

Connor's professional experience includes serving as the director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He obtained a bachelor's degree in information technology from Park College. He went on to earn a master's degree in business administration from Rockhurst University.[1]

General election

The general election was canceled. D. Scott Connor (Nonpartisan) and Andrew Roffmann (Nonpartisan) won without appearing on the ballot.

2016

Two of the seven seats on the Liberty Public Schools school board were up for general election on April 5, 2016. Incumbents D. Scott Connor and Andrew Roffmann were the only two candidates to file for the race. Due to this lack of opposition, the election was canceled.[2]
